Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - certified preferred)
- Maintain organized inventory levels and stock rotation
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Update inventory management systems with real-time data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license (if operating equipment)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Background check and drug test required
