Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify product quality and quantities before shipment preparation
- Maintain organized inventory levels and report discrepancies
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklift certification provided)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Ability to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality essential
