Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack 80-120 orders daily using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment
- Maintain 99.8% inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- 1+ years warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
