Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Inspect and prepare items for safe shipment
- Update inventory in real-time using warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized, efficient workstations
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and tech-savviness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background check and drug screen required
