Job Overview
We are currently hiring for immediate openings in our Baltimore fulfillment center. As a key member of our operations team, you will ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time, contributing directly to our company's reputation for reliability.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency using handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing to ensure quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Verify inventory levels and update warehouse management systems (WMS) accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Assist in receiving and organizing incoming stock as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate RF scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
