Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management software to track inventory.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Load and unload shipments as needed during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
