Responsibilities
- Retrieve products from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices based on digital pick lists.
- Package and label merchandise securely to ensure safe transit, adhering to shipping guidelines.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality control and correct item numbers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and order fulfillment quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software interfaces quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours).
