Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and speed using handheld scanners.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks (training provided).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Update inventory records and assist in cycle counts as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
