Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and data entry.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance is mandatory.
- Computer Literacy: Basic comfort with computer systems and handheld scanners.
