Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves based on pick lists.
- Inspect products for any defects or damages prior to packaging.
- Properly label, seal, and stage packages for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to prevent accidents.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred but not always required).
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
