Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy within the warehouse aisles.
- Packaging: Securely package items to ensure safe delivery, applying appropriate labeling and documentation.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging and report discrepancies immediately.
- Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when reading barcodes and matching items to orders.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
