Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Verify order details and inspect products for quality before shipment
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Use inventory management systems to track stock movements
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker-packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Reliable transportation to our Detroit facility
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
