Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Document inventory discrepancies using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy rates
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
