Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing lists and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (hand trucks, pallet jacks, RF scanners)
- Inspect products for damage and report inventory discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and warehouse areas
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Valid state ID and ability to pass background check
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 6 AM - 4:30 PM)
