Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging meets shipping standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines in a team-based setting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to our Northwest Columbus facility
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6AM-2PM Sat/Sun)
