Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners and digital manifests
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as scheduled
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Nashville facility
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
