Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners or handheld devices
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Document shipping/receiving information in warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
