Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to priority and specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily/weekly productivity goals
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company procedures
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation and punctual weekend availability
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
