Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized inventory counts and update warehouse records
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during shifts
- Basic proficiency with RF scanning technology or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and overtime
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
