Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Meet/exceed productivity targets while maintaining safety protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Document inventory movements using WMS software
- Participate in weekly safety and process improvement meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy (RF scanner training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Reliable transportation to our North Austin facility
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
