Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory in assigned zones and update records
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Valid driver's license (if operating forklifts)
- Reliable transportation to Miami Industrial Park location
- Ability to work weekends and overtime as required
