Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing lists and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Scan and verify inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with safety protocols
- Meet/exceed productivity targets while maintaining accuracy standards
- Communicate inventory discrepancies and operational issues to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation to North Austin facility
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Ability to work overtime during peak seasons as needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
