Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock verification
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company policy
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and error-prevention mindset
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Reliable transportation to East San Diego facility
- Ability to work weekends (6 AM - 4 PM) with occasional overtime
