Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic checks
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Prepare shipments for timely dispatch
- Report equipment issues or warehouse hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Team player with positive attitude
- Background check required
