Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely
- Meet/exceed productivity targets in a 10-hour weekend shift
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity
- Maintain organized inventory in racking systems
- Collaborate with team leads during peak volume periods
- Document discrepancies and participate in cycle counts
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 10-hour shifts
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to Commerce City location
- Willingness to work weekends (Sat/Sun) with overtime
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong work ethic with punctual attendance
