Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA certification
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs and deadlines
- Adhere to safety protocols while maintaining a clean, organized work area
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company procedures
- Support loading/unloading operations for high-volume weekend shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
