Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and warehouse housekeeping procedures
- Document workflow discrepancies and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Work efficiently during peak periods to maximize overtime earnings potential
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Valid Texas Driver's License (required for equipment operation)
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 6am-6pm)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team communication
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if not currently certified
