Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification) for efficient material movement
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging and shipment
- Maintain organized and clean workstations to meet OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets during peak hours
- Document inventory discrepancies and report issues to shift supervisors
- Participate in mandatory overtime during seasonal surges and weekend rushes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Reliable transportation to Jacksonville facility
