Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) for efficient material movement
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized storage areas to optimize inventory accessibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and overtime
- Valid Texas driver's license (for equipment operation training)
