Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs repeatedly with proper lifting techniques
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Reliable transportation to K Street NW location
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
