Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely
- Rotate stock and maintain FIFO inventory practices
- Meet/exceed productivity targets in zone-based system
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly with proper technique
- Stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours on concrete floors
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Reliable transportation to DC/NC facilities
- Flexibility to work 12-hour weekend shifts (6AM-6PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons
