Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and power equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality compliance and packaging integrity
- Maintain organized inventory zones and implement FIFO rotation protocols
- Collaborate with shift supervisors to meet daily KPI targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment center experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with handheld scanning technology (RF scanners)
- Valid OSHA forklift certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM)
- Basic math and inventory management knowledge
- Reliable transportation to South Boston facility
