Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Operate electric pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Meet/exceed daily productivity targets (80-120 orders/day)
- Collaborate with team to ensure on-time shipment departures
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 6+ months warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory counts
- Reliable transportation to 7am-5pm weekend shifts
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Pass background/drug screening
