Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to packing lists and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Verify product quantities and quality before shipment
- Maintain organized and clean workstations and inventory zones
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (40°F)
- Willingness to operate warehouse technology after training
- Strong teamwork ethic and communication skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
