Responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick-to-light systems
- Package items securely with appropriate materials to prevent damage
- Operate pallet jacks and electric carts for inventory movement
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Adhere to strict productivity and quality metrics
- Collaborate with shipping team for timely order dispatch
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker-packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per day
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- RF scanner or barcode scanner experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts (5:30 AM start)
- Pass background check and drug screening
