Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting and stock rotation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging
- Adhere to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory management principles
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through team meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn RF scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
