Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Verify order completeness and quality before shipping.
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Document inventory discrepancies and report equipment malfunctions.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker packer experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
