Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely (forklift/pallet jack certification provided)
- Adhere to strict quality control standards for order fulfillment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
