Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Retrieve items from shelves using handheld scanners and prepare them for shipment with precision and speed.
- Quality Control: Verify product quantities against packing slips and inspect items for any defects or damages.
- Order Fulfillment: Ensure all customer orders are accurately assembled and securely packaged for transit.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and keep your workstation organized to prevent accidents.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and preparing orders.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and reading numbers.
