Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to digital pick lists and packing slips
- Operate warehouse equipment including scanners, pallet jacks, and conveyors
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock rotation
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity before shipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols including proper lifting techniques
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) for order tracking
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker-packer experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts with frequent bending
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid government-issued photo ID and right-to-work documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly with proper training
- Reliable transportation to the Industrial Park location
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check
