Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to packing slips and warehouse protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand scanners, pallet jacks) with proper safety training
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and quality standards
- Prepare shipments for delivery with proper labeling and documentation
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Reliable transportation to the Industrial Park location
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
