Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems
- Inspect products for quality and proper packaging before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory levels and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Valid government-issued photo ID and work authorization
- Reliable transportation to our 7890 Industrial Blvd location
