Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack items from the warehouse inventory according to customer orders and pick tickets.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure accurate packaging to prevent returns.
- Inventory Management: Update inventory systems (RF scanners) in real-time to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by stacking and arranging products properly.
- Load Preparation: Prepare shipments for loading onto delivery trucks, ensuring weight distribution is balanced.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks as required.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods (8-10 hours), lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and walk on various floor surfaces.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a positive work history.
- Attention to Detail: Must be able to follow instructions carefully and maintain high accuracy standards.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as business demands.
