Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack merchandise orders using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items are correctly labeled and packaged.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse housekeeping standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily and nightly productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors and returns.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
