Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Perform inventory checks and maintain organized stock areas
- Meet productivity targets during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with team to ensure timely shipment processing
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Document inventory discrepancies and report to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation to SE DC facility
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and overtime
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
