Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions from ideation to deployment.
- Lead technical strategy for large-scale data infrastructure and neural network optimization.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Ensure model robustness, low-latency inference, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning and implement novel architectures.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and model versioning.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects and mentoring teams.
