Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Design and oversee the development of scalable AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with our long-term strategic roadmap for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Technical Innovation: Spearhead the integration of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies into core product offerings.
- Model Optimization: Drive the research and implementation of model compression, quantization, and edge deployment strategies to maximize efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Risk Management: Establish best practices for AI safety, ethics, and compliance, ensuring our systems are robust and responsible.
Qualifications
- Deep Expertise: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Architecture.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term technical roadmaps and architectural scalability.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading high-performing engineering teams and driving technical vision across organizations.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
