Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design for our 2026 AI Strategy, focusing on LLMs, Generative AI, and autonomous agents.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI model deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Security) to integrate AI solutions into core business workflows.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies and determine their applicability to our 2026 roadmap.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Oversee the evaluation and selection of third-party AI tools and platforms.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep technical expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of leading AI initiatives from concept to production deployment.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI models, Transformer architectures, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and model monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
