Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI/ML infrastructure for Project 2026.
- Define and communicate the technical vision and long-term roadmap to stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize model performance and reduce inference latency for real-time applications.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and scalability across cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate relevant breakthroughs into our products.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Java.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and MLOps pipelines.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex technical projects.
