Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and implement the high-level architecture for our AI-driven platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Technical Strategy: Translate business requirements into technical blueprints, guiding the engineering team through complex problem-solving.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of engineering excellence by mentoring senior engineers and conducting technical code reviews.
- Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI trends (LLMs, Quantum Computing integration, Edge AI) and evaluate their application to our product suite.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor system health and implement optimizations to reduce latency and improve throughput.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading distributed teams and delivering large-scale projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and design resilient systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
